Information you provide
The RFQ form asks for your name, work email, company and project details. You may also provide your country, phone number, annual volume and an optional drawing or project file. We use this information to discuss your request, evaluate project requirements and communicate about possible tooling work.
Form hosting and processing
The website is designed for hosting on Netlify. When submitted on the deployed site with Forms enabled, form entries and attachments are received and stored by Netlify, our hosting and form processing provider. Netlify may process requests and associated technical data for hosting, security and spam filtering. Processing may occur outside your country.

Email communication and notifications
If you contact us directly at lambert@northmold.com or dgyupoli3@gmail.com, your email and attachments pass through the relevant email providers. We use them to respond to your request.
Form notification emails are not yet confirmed as enabled. If enabled, notifications will be routed from Netlify to lambert@northmold.com and processed by the receiving email provider. Please use direct email if you need an alternative contact route.
Drawings and project files
Only submit files you are authorized to share. The form is intended for project requirements and contact details. It does not establish a non-disclosure agreement or a separate confidential file-transfer arrangement. Discuss any specific confidentiality or transfer requirements before sending sensitive material.
Retention and deletion requests
A fixed retention period for RFQ entries, attachments and notification emails has not yet been established. Contact us to ask about retention for your request.
To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent, email lambert@northmold.com with enough detail to identify the inquiry. Requests need to account for records held in Netlify Forms, project correspondence and any notification mailbox. We will discuss the request and any applicable record-keeping requirements with you.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies. English is the default language; Chinese is available through the language switcher. Language selection follows the page URL and is not saved in cookies or localStorage. The hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
